Terms and Conditions of Use and Contracting

This document governs access, browsing and use of the website www.negociera.es, as well as the contracting of services available through it. Access to and use of the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

I. TERMS OF USE

2. Site access

  • Access to www.negociera.es It is free and open to the public.
  • To view the contact details of the ads or to publish one, you need to register as a user.
  • The user must provide truthful information and keep it updated.

3. Posting advertisements

  • Only registered users can post ads.
  • Each plan purchased allows you to publish a single ad during the contracted period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months).
  • Negociera manually reviews all listings before publication. We reserve the right to reject listings that do not comply with our terms and conditions or that contain illegal, misleading, offensive, or otherwise harmful content.
  • The content of the advertisement may include text, images, videos or documents (e.g. PDF), within the limits established by the contracted plan.

4. User-to-user contact

  • Negociera allows direct contact between buyer and seller users.
  • We do not currently offer internal messaging.

5. Limitation of liability

Negociera is a digital platform that acts as showcase of business buying and selling ads. We do not intervene, mediate, or guarantee the success of the operations that may arise from the published advertisements. Each user is responsible for verifying the published information and for formalizing their agreements at their own discretion and under their own responsibility.

II. CONTRACT TERMS

6. Types of plans and features

Negociera offers four types of publishing plans for sellers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, with differentiated pricing, visibility, and advantages. You can view their updated features on the corresponding page.

  • The plans are pay-per-use subscription, with automatic renewal at the end of the contracted period.
  • The plan Platinum requires prior approval from the Negociera team and is subject to a one-time registration fee of €1500 + VAT and a monthly cost of €100 + VAT.

Negociera reserves the right to modify prices and conditions without prior notice.

7. Payment method

Payments are made exclusively through credit card, through the secure gateway of Redsys.

8. Automatic renewals and cancellations

  • By subscribing to any plan, the user accepts the automatic renewal of the same at the end of the initial period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months).
  • Before processing the new payment, Negociera will send a email notification, so that the user can cancel if they do not wish to renew.
  • The cancellation will prevent future renewals, but does not entitle you to a refund for the period already paid..

9. Returns Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service, and in accordance with Article 103.m of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, No returns accepted once the payment has been made, as the service is considered to have started immediately.

By confirming the purchase, the user expressly accepts the loss of the right of withdrawal.

10. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

  • Do not use the platform for illegal purposes.
  • Publish only truthful, legal and non-offensive information.
  • Do not infringe intellectual or industrial property rights.

Negociera may suspend or delete accounts that violate these conditions.

III. LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be resolved before the courts of the Spanish Parliament. courts and tribunals of Madrid, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
